If you want to successfully pass your CPA exam, you must first build yourself a study plan. The CPA exam requires a significant amount of study time and preparation so to feel less overwhelmed it is important to break down your studying overtime using a study plan.

Firstly, to make an effective study plan, create a schedule each week in which you pick specific times to study every day. Making time to study as opposed to finding time to study will help your studying to become routine. It is also easier to study in smaller increments instead of large ones to avoid feeling overworked or burnt out.

Secondly, make sure you break down what you must study overtime. It is much easier to study for each part of the CPA exam one concept at a time. Cramming too much information into your brain at once will likely be too overwhelming and stressful, affecting your ability to remember information.
