If you find yourself thinking negative thoughts, they will likely affect your performance. To avoid this, instead of thinking, “I’m not good enough” think, “I can do this.”

 

3.      Take deep breaths!

It may sound cheesy, but taking deep breaths is a good way to combat anxiety and nerves easily and quickly. Focusing on your breathing can help to relax a stressed-out mind.

 

            Keeping these techniques in mind on exam day can help to combat exam anxiety, helping you to perform at your best. Exam day nerves are completely normal, but you do not want to let them impede your performance on the certification exam you have prepared so hard for.
