1. Take breaks periodically
If you study for too many hours straight, your brain will become fatigued. To avoid this, taking 15-20 minute breaks periodically while studying can help your brain recharge and focus better afterwards.
2. Take power naps
If you find yourself especially tired during the afternoon or later in the day, but you need to study, try taking a 15–20-minute power nap before beginning. Power naps can boost your memory, cognitive skills, and energy levels.
3. Interact with nature
If you need rejuvenating, change your environment for a little while. Go for a walk in the park or sit in the sun and allow you mind to take a break for a little while. After taking this time for your mind to relax, your mind can concentrate much better when studying.
